after an extense search in the net,last news i have found are: 2m USA players, 1.5m european players, and 4.5m asian players, for a total of 8m active subscriptions...
that is different from the 5.5m offered in several independant sites,and also different from the 9m active players blizzard claims to have.
also note that in january the asian subscriptions were over 5m,meaning WoW is losing subscriptors in their biggest market...
