Why? Cause it takes so much effort and will power to level your self up and it's such a slow process that your motivation dissolves after each level and you hardly even notice the difference of the next.
BUT let's say you have a friend who's quiting, and he has 1 of each class is atl evel 110, what's the most amusing class? Chief Bandits for me. I haven't played in a while but Chief Bandits are a very important role in guilds, for the GPQ boss. Also they are required for most boss runs to make it fast and efficient. Priest are also needed in Boss runs' but being a priest all you will think is " Look how fun my party is having while i just spam heal"
Leveling a bandit is pretty fast with ME too, a friend of mine got from 71-85 in a week or so. Gobies+ ME = GG.
But since SUPOSEBLY you already got it at 110 or even 90, it's already fun. Classes like Crusaders and Bowmen takes forever to get there fun skills, such as Coma and Panic, Strafe and Eagle.
Chief bandits get to repetitive though. ME from 7x-1xx. Meh.. I quit mine at 80, so I cant judge so much, but they're fun 55-78 ish.
