please help me on rs
i made an account on rs and i got to lvl 56 and a guy hacked me and a made an new 1 and im kinda of weak so can any 1 get me some thing to start off with please my new account is ruiz330

the new update doesnt really let people help other people for much. but add me in game and ill see what i can do.
