I'm Pissed at Dove Foundation!!

My mom and dad dont like to answer the calls of people trying to sell stuff so they wanted me to pick up one call to see what happens.

A company by the name of "Dove Foundation" called.
I pick.

Them: Hello this is the Dove Foundation am I speaking to the miss of the house
Me: no
Them: well can I talk to her
Me: Are you trying to sell something
Them: Okay.. Can I speak to the miss of the house
Me: Are you selling something?!!!
Them: Okay.. I can not tell you this information Is the miss of the house not there right now.
Me: no. What are you trying to sell. (my mom is listening to the conversation on another phone)
Them: Im sorry your too young to be given this information. WE will call back later, bye

So I go look on Google!!

They sell family movies!
Why cant they tell me theyre selling family movies

Im 13 im in honor classes, Im intelligent!

Now theyre calling too much!

No offence, but this is the kind of thing you tell a friend over the phone for a little laugh. On a forum; it's like spam. Expect much harsher comments.

Uh being 13 in a honors class doesn't mean you're intelligent, it just shows you made it to honors. Plus middleschool grades too easily and I'm assuming you live in America, that's really not saying much lol.

You know if you are in the US, you can get on a list that makes it so the sellers don't call you...

Or maybe it is my state?

Weird, I have it for my home phone and I get no sellers now. And the one I am talking about is from the government.

We have that too. I'm pretty sure it's nationwide. All you do is call your phone company and say, I don't want solicitors calling me, and they put you on a list, and you won't get any of those calls.

My grandfather has a little thing that when telemarkets call it erases his number from the database. Not sure if it works or what its called though.

my favourite remedy for telemarketers::

turn on DBZ really loud and just leave the phone beside your tv.

confuses the hell out of them
