I just found this post by accident.

All I have to say is, I think you're going a little overboard

There's an option called private chat in the game where you only talk to one person. That's far more convenient than talking over instant messages. Why would you be talking to the entire room/world anyways? Just talk to your friend directly!

I apologize for thread necro this thread just caught my attention, I just wanted to say that I have met several english speaking Japanese players and all they do is ask alot, I'm HR404, my info says I'm a non-Japanese person in Japan, they were quite impressed to see a foreigner as high ranked as me. I do not recommend speaking english out in the open still, however this whole getting banned for not being Japanese thing is blown out of proportion, just don't be a nuisance and especially do not troll or spam. Learning some of it for communicating does help greatly I must say.

What about english speaking players who live in japan and play MHF they cannt possible justify banning those ppl (me) just because they speak english so i will speak english all i want while playing

How many people still play this and what are the chances that with frontier being ported to the 360 we might see a legit way to play in America?

I have been a huge fan of the series and even went so far as to buy a wii just for MH3. I must have over 600 hours each for the ps2, psp and wii versions. So its killing me that I cant play the largest installment of this series.

Also... this seems like a cool forum so I will go make an intro thread.
