Aeriagames has always seen like a second rate company to me...
Anyway, back when I had some Neopets trouble, I e-mailed them and they replied in about 1 or 2 days...with a detailed explanation and other useful info.

Well.... I was banned from Ghost Online... they thought I hacked also because I was teaming with a hacker... who started hacking whille he was on a different map from me... How was I suppose to know... I'm complaining.. going to take forever!!

Chewy fyi , when you banned you go into "appeals" process not the normal CSR people. The problem is Aeria games is massively corrupt from gamesages who cheat to thier item mall displaying fraud-like details of products.

Spurred by some minor lawyers sending in demands they now give refunds. But still have no way to track 1) emails 2) cash shop buys for Last , 12 or DOMO so far

There whole system is a house of cards , the GM who is charge at the time, makes a judgement then issues a ban. Supposely you can appeal to the higher up GMs but lately you ve had to send thier company request by phone or fax to get any attention.

Hello,
Your IP was logged under the same ones that Hack/fraud. That was the
reason you account was flagged to get banned.

However, after looking at the logs, we will unban it. If you are using
that proxy we suggest to change it.

Thing i want to know is, do they actually look into the logs prior to the ban. What stops anyone from using my ip as a proxy and do bad things with it?

Anyways, it doesn't matter. I've decided to no longer have anything to do with aeriagames even though they have fixed their mistake.

P.S. Leikiz, i posted on almost every major gaming site affiliated with aeriagames.

LMAO, you will encounter this method of resolution in almost every publishing company. Ban so no further dmg occurs then investigate.

Aeriagames is one of the best companies out there. I mean hell they actually listen to what their players say. Their GMs are really helpful along with the GS's and the rest of the players. You get a bad egg here and there but it's all good.

Shit like this happens, and it gets taken care of in like a week. Stop complaining and move on.

If this was nexon and you sent them an email.. good luck getting a reply back in the next 3 months or so.
