Omfg, they emailed me back saying that they had be logged with an unknown program running... Wtf is this bull.... I didn't even know GMs existed in that game... and I get banned for no frigging reason now as well... I'm waiting on another reply back.. they answered pretty fast.

after two long weeks of writing tens of grueling emails i decided to do another one.
Dear Aeriagames, after numerous emails to you i am beggining to wonder if there was a reason to my 'temporary ban' as i believe i have done nothing wrong and someone decided to report me or so on. It has been over two weeks and i have still had no reply having asked to speak to you if i 'wished to discus the ban further and recieve a request ticket'. Well i am requesting a request ticket for the fifth or so time.Please could you find in your hearts to reply to this message and tell me how much longer i will be banned for, give me a request ticket and may be give me any evidence which you may have, if it's not too much trouble for me to ask?
But please could you reply to >this message< as it is coming into the third week of ignorance and i am getting more frustarated that none of your staff wish to deal with this problem.

This is beggining to get very annoying and tiring and i can honestly say i havn't abused anyone.Fact.Well if i ever get unbanned this year even though it's temporary lol i'll see you all on there, i hope

I was banned from Rappelz for a similiar reason (I had a close account name to a hacker or a scammer or something).

Aeria is a really horrible company... it's a shame, though, that they got their hands on some fun games.

I was going to play Shaiya.
But, thanks to this topic, I'll probably be avoiding any and/or every game produced by Aeria.
I don't want to have to deal with complete bs false accusations and then get banned. -__-;

My son and quite few of my friends have been playing Last Chaos, Shaiya, and 12 Sky with no problems.

Dont go by what a few have said. Listen to everything.
