I was banned for shaiya for a reason that is faux and has never bought anything from them or from any other site for that matter.

Dear AeriaGames, please state the aforementioned character as accused by you that has been associated with billing fraud. I have been a GM on a game server before and i know that its possible to check the game logs and its backdated to at least 2 months. Please reconfirm your accusations as i have not purchases any Aeria Points from your said company nor have i been on trans chat for the past few days.

Please check your game logs for any purchases made by my account. I have not purchased any AP from your company. I will be emailing the main Shaiya owner as well with regards to this hereinafter Sonov.com.

Dear Aeriagames, you should have already compiled the evidence of your accusation of "billing fraud" against me the day you had me banned 2 days ago. However till date, no further emails has been received by your said institution with regards to this.

As i have said earlier, i have not made any purchases from your company and i wish to know why you had me banned for "billing fraud" when no transaction has been made by you or me. I have yet to use any profanity againts you till date but i still have my limit.

Have you gone through your logs for said accusation, or are you just gonna lay back and do nothing but approach everything on hearsay and not be fair to your players?

If thats the case, i wish you good luck on your blasphemy and as i will highly recommend my friends againts supporting your group due to bad service.

To keep it short, i would highly recommend against supporting aeriagames. They will not do anything to clear up their mistake nor will they do any actual form of investigation prior to rumors given to them.

though its quite rare and in cases where if you actually bought something.. you can prove it to them with card info.. but man

yeah same thing happened to me in DOMO.. i never recieved my CB flag and they said they will give it to me in 48 hours and it has been like 5 weeks.. and they never sent it... so i just quit.

runescape was almost as bad, i got banned in runescape 4 times for very stupid reasons..

you were banned according to that email, less than 2 days ago, 36 hours approx., and you haven't received an email back yet.......OMG!

I had my account hacked in World of Warcraft, and do you know how long it took for me to get a reply about what had happened? 3 weeks, you've given them 1 business day to reply, if you haven't heard anything back by the end of the week, then yes, ***** away.

Wow. To be accused of billing fraud is shocking. I was once temporarily banned from Drift City because I used "Inappropriate" language in-game. They went on to say that it happened during a certain time (cannot remember exactly). Witch I found funny due to the fact i hadn't been on for a whole week and nobody else knows my user name and password to have logged in.

I was banned from Shaiya because i was supposely giving away links for gold sellers I din't even bought or gave away a link about goldselling
I sended them a email to recheck it and like 2 weeks later they sended me a reply sayin'g that they banned the rong guy it was just a guy with almost the same email adress like me. I just said that they could kiss my *** and that they won't see me again ever in 1 of their games.
