Star decided it was not a good idea to wait. She could see Team Galastic grunts all around, and thought that Rik would need some back-up.

Well, since Eka is already out, I will use her when Rik seems to be overwhelmed. For now, I will see how he fairs in battle.

She watched, noticing that the other trainer was too watching.

Is Jib waiting to fight too, or is he just going to watch too? I hope that if things get tough for Rik, he would jump in and help. Especially because he was so eager to fight them in the first place.

((OOC: Short, sorry. I fixed "dumb-founded," thank you. Also, you have to remember, the Pokémon she found (Glaceon) already had an owner before she met her. Know there is no knowledge how well he treated her, but chances are he taught her a few moves before throwing her away. That is how she was able to train her so well ^o^ ))

There were Pokémon everywhere. All types. Most of them were enemies. Of course, that was just the way he liked it. He had established a tag-team strategey between Zaku and Karastin, using ice in conjunction with fire to hit all of his enemies' weaknesses.

"Zaku, hit that one with an Avalanche! Karastin, focus your Flamethrower on the bugs over there!"

Rik tured to the two sitting aside. "There are too many of them for me to handle alone. Come get some, ladies and gentlemen."

OOC: Sorry, guys. I'm on the CST 9-5 schedule, so I won't be able to post when you do.

Jib quickly responded to Rik,

"Slaph, Hiz, Spike, Q, Come out!"
One by one his pokémon team came out.
"Slaph! Use Dig, Then earthquake to startle their pokémon, Hiz,
Go in and Wrap one of the targets, when they faint, go on to the
next one! Q, Use Bonemerang on the pokémon Hiz Wraps up until they faint,then go on keep doing it one after one!
If they get loose, Spike, use Thunderbolt,also use Thunder-bolt on the flying ones!
Slaph, When your done with earthquake, come up and hit
them from below! Repeat!"

Jib's Command made the pokémon Confused, sooner or later
though, they got the hang of it.

The combo was pretty good, he thought,he took some down within 2 minutes.
When Slaph used earthquake, 2 of the Unexperienced pokémon out there fainted quickly,
all that was left were stronger ones, and harder ones.

Although, there wasn't many strong ones out there,
He only took out 2, strong experienced enemy pokémon within 6 minutes,
it's likely his pokémon were Inexperienced,
or Team Galactic's pokémon were stronger.

Hmm,I should train my pokémon more,
they seem to be getting exhausted pretty quickly.
Might as well train them after this.
Jib Thought this, he knew it would be mean,
but they had to learn to fight in tough situations, like this one.

Jib whispered to himself, "Why isn't Star helpin- ah! Probably SCARED?"
He said it all in a soft low voice, except scared, and looked at Star while saying scared also.

That should wake her up. Jib grinned as he thought it.

so i just made my pokémon repeat what i said.

Star overheard Jib making fun of her. She froze up, her face glowing red. She clenched her fist as her eyes felt like they were flazing on fire, even though they were blue like a calm ocean. Her hair bounced a bit as she tilted her head forward, muttering.

"You...stub-bor-on, la-zy, un-e-mo-tion-al," Star stumbled under her breath, before lifting her head in rage. "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU CALLED ME SCARED! IF I GET MY HANDS ON YOU! UGH! BEAUTY!"

Star grabbed her Pokéball off the side of her waist and hurled it out into the Pokémon Center. Out of the Pokéball came a cheerful Beautifly, who was startled by the look of anger on Star's face. Fuming, she glared at a few grunts who were blocking her view of Jib. Smirking, she pointed at them, both of them females. They flenched slightly, then one of them tossed out a Pokémon as well. After a blinding light, a gray looking cat with pink eyelids and a swirly tail popped out.

"Go,Glameow, use Scratch against that immature, juvenile blonde girl!" The Galactic Grunt commanded.

"Why you!" Star almost screamed. "Come on Beauty! Use Gust with all your might!"

The Glameow came sprinting at Beauty, who merely evaded it. Then, she used Gust on the Glameow, hitting it with what looked like a mini tornado. The Glameow came back and managed to strike the Beautifly with her sharp nails.

"Hang in there Beauty!" Star cried. "Now use absorb, following up with tackle!" Star intructed, trying to hide the shaking in her voice.

Beauty flapped her wings and soard straight at Glameow.

"Now, Glameow, use Fury Swipe!" The Grunt shouted.

Just as Glameow started charging back with claws out, a green glow surrounded it. Soon, the Glameow was struggling to stand, her health going straight to Beauty. Taking the opportunity at hand, Beauty sped up, head on, and tackled the Glameow, who went flying, never getting up.

"That was great Beauty!" Star chirped before glaring at the other grunt. "Now, who's next? You!?"

The grunt acted as though she did not hear her, and whispered something to the defeated grunt. She nodded, and the two of them exited the Pokémon Center, pushing Star aside with a sinister smile.

"Now to deal with you, Jib!" Star yelled, not making eye contact with him until she finished this sentence. "You insult me while we are on the same team!? What kind of back-stabbing, traitorous, snobby trainer talks to his teammate like that!? Just because Rik likes you doesn't mean I have to! You keep treating me with disrespect!"

Rik just stood there with a goofy cross between a pained smile and a smirk on his face. He couldn't do anything to stop it, and frankly he didn't want to. It was at least moderately amusing, even if he was going to have a headache tonight.

He could see Jib's gi-normous sweatdrop from his place at the door as he subtly withdrew his Pokémon and hummed as he strolled towards the charis, trying not to attract the attention of the hurricane...

" Well, you did something right? You defeated two Galactic Grunts!" He said it with a grin on his face.

Jib Returned all of his pokémon into their pokéballs,
" My pokémon are tired, take care of the rest, Oh, please." He added the please so Star didn't take it as a demand, she probably did though.

Jib headed over to a chair and sat, and watched Rik. His pokémon weren't tired, neither he.

Star took out two grunts and her pokémon were fine.

Well,that just proves how weak i am then, well at least i can get people to help.

" So uh, Star, those other grunts look like they want to fight me, why don't you take em out so you can fight me yourself?"

He laughed, It's fun to pick on her, she gets angry so quickly, her rage could be some help.

Rik was experienced, and Star does well in battle, Jib on the other hand, had a good strategy, it would of worked better if his pokémon were more experienced , and if he was a better trainer.

Now Star was ticked off by this guy even more. She spotted a group of six grunts by Jib. There were four male Galactic grunts and two female Galactic grunts. Two grunts out of the six walked up to Star, the other four still by Jib, smirking. The grunts were a female and male. The first grunt charged, tossing out a Stunky, catching his Pokéball in midair. With out a word, he pointed at star, at which, his Pokémon charged. Furious, she knew that the Pokémon Center was no place for fighting. She was angry that Jib was trying to continue to make her his tool for fighting. She was also mad that he consciously followed Rik's example of fighting inside instead of outside, where battles were normally held.

"Alright, come on out Ember," She muttered as she spun around and released her Ponyta. "Show that punk's Stunky how to truly dance upon the battlefield."

Her battle hadn't started yet. The female Galactic grunt stepped in beside the other grunt, winding up her arm in a circular motion.

"Go, Wurmple," the grunt shouted in a monotone voice. "Attack the Ponyta with tackle. Measuring from the Ponyta's strength, side step three times before attacking with your tackle. Commence!"

Star was shocked at how the grunt treated her Pokémon. She merely commanded without interest or care about the Pokémon. Her voice showed no admiration or hatred for her Pokémon. It was as though her Pokémon was just...a tool.

"Humph, fine, have it your way," Star glared at her new enemies. "However, I will not be taken so lightly. As though I do not hear you muttering over there. I will not let a jerk like you overpower me. Come, let us swirl in the waves of friendship as we play in the streams of courage, Bluebird!"

Dancing on its small feet, the male Piplup stood right by Star's Ponyta, who stood with immense flames on her back.

"Let's give it all we got, okay?" Star beamed with excitment, filling out her plan in her head. "Ponyta, show them your radiance and beauty. Perform the art of flames, and show no mercy!"

The ponyta sped up, flames along her back and across her body shot up as she continued to race towards the Wurmple. The Wurmple in turn chased after its prey, going a bit to the left. It came with full force at the Ponyta...from the side. Star nodded and the Ponyta spiralled around the Wurmple. Finally, Ember stopped in her tracks and the confused Wurmple hit the poor Ponyta with all its might, knocking them both outside.

"Hang in there, Ember!" Star yelled as she chased her outside, her Piplup and the grunts following her outside. "Okay, time for the true performance. Fire Blast!"

Ember circled the Wurmple once again, who looked as though it was trying to attack her. Eyes ablazed, Ember released an fury of flames at the Wurmple, burning it to a crisp. Dizzy and worn out, the Wurmple fainted quickly.

"Ha, that was a test to discover your power," The female grunt spoke suddenly. "Now that I know, I will use one of my stronger Pokémon. It seems you like to use elegance, along with strong attacks. I will have to counter this with a decent stratagy and one of my stronger Pokémon. Who knows, when I am done with you, I may just use your Pokémon for our plan. Okay, come out, Zubat. Let us show this girl that her Pokémon are just as weak as she is, and that love can not help you win battles."

"Why you--"

"Do not over-estimate your opponents," The male grunt finally spoke, "or you will surely be crushed in the process. Stunky, use dig!"

The Stunky went underground while the Zubat flapped its wings harder and harder. Soon, it zoomed down in a twirling motion as its wings came closer to Bluebird.

"Bluebird, hurry, use--"

The Zubat hit the Piplup harshly with its right wing, followed by its left, using Wing Attack. It flew back into the sky, as though snickering. Piplup cried in pain, a red mark on his face from the blow. Still, he stood up, ready to fight back.

"Quickly, use bubblebeam!" Star intructed as the Zubat aimed its fangs at the hurt Piplup.

Bluebird took in a big breath, and, as soon as the Zubat grew close, released a pwerful beam off bubbles at the Zubat, who flew back instantly. It spinned in the air rapidly, then threw a fit. The Stunky rose out of the ground and knocked Bluebird high into the air, at which the Zubat used bite. Bluebird hit the ground, completly unconscious.

"That is enough, come on back, Bluebird," Star told her injured friend as a red beam sent her back into the Pokéball.

"This isn't over!" Star shouted. "I will not let some Galactic jerks make a fool of my Pokémon! They are strong both physically and mentally, as well as our bond of true friendship. That is nothing like the relationship between grunts and their Pokémon! I do not care what team you are from. A grunt is a grunt, and a grunt is an enemy to any true trainer! I'll put your Pokémon out of their pain and suffering!"

What? There's still a battle going on?

Rik looked outside, where Star was having a slight bit of trouble. She had lost her Piplup, and possibly her mind, fighting two grunts. It probably wasn't an urgent thing, but he had to show off whenever he could, and there might actually be a chance that she was in trouble.

He pulled the silver Pokéball from his belt and threw it outside, following it at a casual pace. "Zaku, make sure she doesn't get hurt. We need to be in top condition tomorrow."

The Weavile made a sound and nodded, then dashed forwards with enough speed that he became more of a blue-and-red blur. Rik shouted halfway through the charge "Night Slash!"

The mechanic of Night Slsh was to find the opponent's weak points and hit them where it hurt. Zaku took half a look at the skunk before him and decided that his left was a bit unguarded. Moving like a bullet, he ran his claw down the Pokémon's left flank, dropping it like a rock.

The male withdrew his Pokémon with a growl. "You...you dirty...grr..." He threw another Pokéball, this time calling a Seviper. "That one's powerful. Takehis Pokémon after you beat him up!"

"Affermative." The other trainer turned towards Rik and shouted out a command to her Pokémon. "Judging by the speed of his Pokémon, you'll need to come at him from an aerial angle of 36 degrees from his head. Attack with a Steel Wing when you get your opening."

The enemy Zubat responded like the robot that had commanded it, moving to a 46 degree angle above Zaku's head. Rik chuckled and waited for the Pokémon to get close enough, then yelled to his companion "Faint Attack!" The Dark-type Pokémon disappeared from sight with a glint in its eye, reappearing behind the flier and slicing it once on the way down. Though it didn't knock the target out, Zaku's attack was flashy enough.

Rik smirked. He loved it when enemies fell for taunts. His intention had been to draw the focus from Star to himself so Star could flank the enemies with her forgotten Ponyta. As long as she picked up the stratagey, it would work.

Ahh. Time to make things interesting.

Jib Watched Star fight,
it wasn't very well, but it was pretty.

Rik just got things over with and showed off a bit.

Well, time to help. After Stars long painful battle and Rik's Short one, my pokémon are pretty rested.

Jib got up , with the four Galactic Team Members near him.
Rik was busy with the outside helping Star,
and Star was in a pinch herself.

He sighed, "Why must i have to take On Four at a time, maybe i can just get them to do a 2v1?"

The Galactic Grunts, all four heard him.

The Female , With the Three Males, Walked up.

" Very Well, We'll do it two at a time, if you think your THAT good, oh mighty one" The Female Grunt said it with sarcasm.

" Take him out, Staravia!" The Female grunt Said it without emotion, as if she didn't care for her pokémon, getting hurt at all.

" Go, Roselia!" The male said it also, with no emotion.

Finally, a battle I'm good at.

" Go, Spike, Slaph!" Jib put the pokéballs hand to hand, and out came the two pokémon.

The Female grunt, with a smirk on her face, " Staravia! Use Gust against the Sandshrew!"

The Staravia Made various moves before doing so, it moved alot so Slaph didn't know where it was coming from.

"Now!" with that order, the Staravia used gust.

"Try to dodge it!" Jib shouted.

Slaph used dig, and successfully dodged the attack.

"Spike! Run around the Staravia and when you have the chance, use Thunderbolt!"

Spike ran and ran in circles.

" Roselia! Use Razor leaf on that Pikachu!" The grunts pokémon did so, not only wounding Spike, but also Staravia.

"You hit your own teamates Pokémon!"Jib cried, not for his, but for the other one.

"As i care for that weakling," She said it as she didn't care, "it wasn't even able to hit that Sandshrew of yours!"

The grunts smiled.

Jib, Really angry, decided to cheat.

"Slaph! Use earthquick, Spike, get on top of the Staravia to avoid it!"

The Ground shook, pieces of the building came down, and the Roselia got dizzy, "Pikachu, use Thunderbolt on the Staravia!" Jib said it furiously.

Pikachu did so,and the Staravia, a Flying-type, It would take 2X The damage then normal.

"Slaph, Come up Below Roselia!" Slaph didn't hesitate to do so, he came up fro below, knocking the Roselia up in the air." Jib was happy, it looked as he was winning.

The Staravia Fainted, the Roselia, barely standing.

"Bah you worthless pokémon!" The female returned her pokémon.

"Go, Monferno, Turtwig!" the Fire-type came out, a little depressed as well as the Turtwig.

The male stepped forward. "Go, Starly!"
It was now 2 vs. 3 Pokémon.

"Monferno, use Ember on Pikachu!" The male pointed at the pikachu.

Monferno let out a burst of fire towards pikachu, and it was a Direct hit.

Spike Flew back some feet, near Jibs Feet, "Are you alright, Spike?"
Jib looked as he was about to cry.

Spike got up without problem.

"Good, good." he said it happily.

"Spike, Quick-Attack on the Roselia!" Pikachu Sprinted towards it, Flashing by the Starly And Turtwig, and hit it with much force, it fainted.

"Tch! Worthless!" The male Looked as if Starly was his only Pokémon left.

"Slaph, Dig, Earthquake!" Slaph, was about to do so, when the Turtwig used tackle.

The Turtwig probably knew that the Earthquake would weaken himself, as well as Monferno.

"Spike, Yet again, jump on the Starly and use Thunderbolt!" Spike, A fast one, did so, but the Starly Flew up.

"Just use Thunderbolt, Spike!" Spike, this time, hit the Starly, and hit the ground after doing so.

"Damn it! You worthless pokémon!" The Grunt Shouted, left, without the Roselia , and Starly.

"Turtwig, Absorb the Pikachu!" Turtwig stole Spike's Health. Little By Little.

Spike Fainted.

"Come on back, Spike."

"Slaph, use Headbutt!" Slaph Charged At it, and a direct hit fainted The Turtwig.

"Slaph,Come on back, you look tired." He walked towards her, and put the pokéball to her, she went back.

"Hiz, Q." They came out, ready to get some action.
