What is the best job?

I've had over 10 characters, I've deleted them all. The reason why I've done that is because I've picked the wrong job with the wrong stats. I've wanted to know, what jobs are good and what stats to put?

Eh, I prefer claw assassin myself, but that's because I figured out how to make it to the best it could be. I'm sure you could do the same with any job on the game.
