Default Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas...

by Hunter S. Thompson

Has anyone else read this book? I decided to pick it up and start last night and got so hooked, that I read it all in one sitting...

My favourite line was when he was having hallucinations when they first get to the hotel, and he says he sees a giant mechanical snake in the sky... and his attorney tells him to shoot it down with the .357, and he just says "No, I want to study its habits."

I would recommend this book to anyone over 18, just because it's kinda graphic and fairly large amount of inappropriate language... if that doesn't bother you though it's a hilarious book.

Yeah, I'm waiting for my girlfriend to get around to reading it and then we're renting the movie... probably will get some ganj.

Now there you go. The movie has been increasingly popular, because of Johnny Depp being one of the main characters...everyone is in love with him all of a sudden.

I have friends who have seen the movie and don't even realize its a book
