Request: Beginner Guide

I'm talking about the class: beginner!
If you want to level it up very high, what kind of a build should you use?

A bit of dex, mostly all the APs will go into Str.

Dex double your level so you can hit i guess and
The rest into str for damage (no shiet) >.< .
