the issue:

no problems playing then suddenly everytime i start Conquer....a SE:10375 error code is at the bottom, then the DirectX Diag Tool keeps coming up, after the Tool is completed, every component is indicating "no problems found"...

very frustrating....

could someone please help me?

I suggest you to use windowsxp capability mode to play conqueronline game.
