Would you play a game like this? - Page 2

if you pulled it off and followed the game through and did it properly i would try it.

But very few of the people who start posts saying "I'm going to make an mmo!" actualy get anywhere near completion and normaly don't get passed concepts. I would say less than 1 in 100 get into serious development.

I think for something like this, and for people like you have stated. It would be a much more collaborative method to join a team that has already started development on a serious stage. As an example, forsaken sanctum or apoc-online. Some of them do look often for ideas they might be missing.

it might be interesting for the first couple of days but i mean if you plan on having humans only the customization must be really high or there has to be a hell of a lot of armor sets to wear because people would get tired of playing out the same character all the time.....if you added at least 2 more races that would be a big help

Good news for you then, I just found a modeller that I can actually work with! That means I can finally make elves and dwarves as additional races

umm... you're going to need more than 1 modeler to make an mmo...

try 15 fully commited modelers.

I mean a modelling program!!! (I was trying and failing to create better characters using my regular modeller...and failing...so I decided it was time for an upgrade and got a better one. Which one will remain a secret until I'm certain it will work.)

try blender, it's the only free program i've seen that's worth going anywhere near.
