Its year 1000, the end of the first era, humans have learnt quickly, and have built weapons, used magic, wich eventually died away, and have survived throughout the one thousand year era, though, one group of monks, named the Kai-Shuran have lived in secret, in their temple of air, wich is levitated a few hundred feet off the ground by magic, made of white stone.

You are one of these monks, and you train in the academy, but suddenly, war strikes amongst the temple, and you must fight to defend your life, and your home.

Allrighty, this is set in a Oriental like setting, you are a young monk who is still training, but the humans down below have discovered your sacred temple, and belive you to be demons, poseing a threat to their so called peace, you have been called out to fight.

When we start, we will be thrown into the war, you will be in the middle of a breifing, when a catapult kills your general and alot of the monks around you, apart from the ones who show exeptional promise, those ones who show promise are you, you must fight them off until you find a safe place to wait out the war.

All monks channel their chi into their weapons or fists.

About Weapons:
Choose from: Fists, Spear, Haliberd, Longsword, Shortsword, Hammer, or one handed axe, sheild is optional for the longsword, shortsword or one handed axe, allso, if you have a hammer and thats one handed, then feel free to use a sheild.

About Armor: you start off with the basic white robes, if you find equipment on the way, feel free to pick it up and wear it, but for the great battle for the air temple, you must wear white robes.

About Skills: Keep it limited to 5 please.

About Character power: Do not make your character too powerfull, remember, there still monks from the acadamy whove been tossed into this conflict.

About Names: please keep them fairly Oriental, like Kaiz, Shun-li, Tyzaii, exetra.

About Soul names: these are baisicly soul names given at birth, you have your original name, then your soul name, the soul name affects your characters fighting styles and stuff, say if your soulname was "Frog", you would leap around alot in battle, and perhaps your personality would be a bit slow and wise.

My character sheet:

Name: Sharun-Fighaii

Soul Name: Sheild in the Storm.

Affect soul name has: Sharun stands his ground alot, and feels like he has to protect his freinds (Sheilds meaning), the storm part means he has alot of self conflict, and was destined to be in a conflict in the future.

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Appearance: The standard white robes of the monastary with a golden lineing, he is bald, with a small purple daimond birthmark on his forehead, he has a look on his face that seems he is allways thinking about two different things, and decideing wich one to pick or do.

Weapon: None, he uses punches and kicks.

Skills:
Sheild's Stance, increases his defense for a while
Chi Punch and Kick, baisicly channeling the chi into his fists and feet, giveing them the force of a hammer.
One Thousand fists, Pummel a group infront of him, stunning them and dealing minor damage.
Dragons Strike, Strike a man with the palm, sending him stumbleing back.
Weak point, channel chi into the finger, then send that chi into the opponent with a tap, disrupting the chi flow in the enemy and disableing that part of the body for a few minutes.

History: He was born an orphan, and lived on his own for most of his life after he was decided to be capable of looking after himself outside of the orphanage, he became a fist monk in the acadamy, and is now tossed into the conflict, not just with the air temple, but now within himself

Personality: He is rather quick to anger, and looks very confident, speaks it too, but seems to be hideing something, something he most likeley dosent want to talk about.

Name: Mei-Lien (means beautiful lotus; called Mei a lot)

Soul name: Fox of the sky.

Affect soul name has: She is sly when moving, (like a fox) sneaking up on enemies with ease. She uses a lot of aerial attacks, usually leaping out at her target(s), thus the sky part.

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: Even though lots of monks cut their hair, Mei refused to cut it, and edventually she was allowed to keep it. Her hair grew into white hair, (like an artic fox) thick and stopped grewing a few inches from her shoulder. Her eyes are deep brown and she wears pure white monk clothes.

Weapon: She carries around a shortsword. It has the words "Fox in the sky - a true fighter who is both cunning and beautiful like the sky itself" written on one side of it in small text. On the other side are the words "To our daughter with hair like snow - May you become a skillful monk." The blade shines a brillant silver with the words in deep blue writing. The handle is black with a deep blue diamond-like decor coming from the wrapped black handle.

Skills:
Running Fox - A simple attack that requires one to run up to opponent, bring arm out, and cut them while still running, hurriedly concealing self while opponent is confused. Sometimes misses and can be grabbed by hand when used.
Lotus Twister - Uses shortsword to attack with while spinning body high into the air, holding enemy with right arm, then releasing them, spinning body so it cuts at them.
Lotus Stike - Grabs target, flips up in the air about three times, forces ones body at the ground, then propels body up, striking with shortsword.
Fox in the Sky - Named after her soul name, she leaps out at a target, charges them, quickly leaps into the air and flips over target, then strikes repeatedly, the final blow forcing them in the air as she towers over them and kicks target down at ground. Extremely tiring and is usually used in times of dire need (like a final move).

History: Mie lived with her parents till she was four. They noticed that she had potential to be a monk and handed her away for training. Later, people found out about Mei's parents and how their daughter had become a monk. The ywere soon killed after Mei left, denouncing her family name. She trained with the other monks at the air temple and now is ready to face battle, hoping her anger would not get the better of herself, for the same people who had killed her parents were killing her fellow monks.

Personality: She is kind, but a little too cunning and devious. She also gets very angry when encountering other people besides the monks (read history). Because of this, she is very determined in her studies.

Affect soul name has:Can call forth fire from his mouth,or hands(Dragon).He can move Rocks and Boulders, and can through Huge amount of rocks, although they are small, they can causing scratching, and can reduce defense.

Gender:Male.
Appearance:Red hair, a little nerdy looking with his glasses, looks weak,but when in battle his foes underestimate him, and get defeated quickly.
Weapon:A Spear.

Ji-Jira: Causing Fire to come out of hands, he may burn himself while doing so.

Dragon form: causes Immense burns when used, if makes a form of a dragon, A size of a human, attack, lasting but 5 minutes.

History:Found in the woods, on earth, the monks saw he had some magic potential, and had a Dragon on his back, the monks thought that was why he was abandoned at birth.

Personality:Slow Learner, Not attractive, a bit mean, not very reliable, hates taking orders from others, patience is his key though.
