ONE MORE FREAKING TIME...(WoW relapse)
Yea.... one more time if anyone has a game that will satisfy a former wow player. i dont care much for graphics, just gameplay with:
Similar Movement (When movment affects your skill in pvp, not just pressing random keys) Good PvP NoN-Grindfest Leveling No robot stuff No click to move factions ( i must be able to gank people, its very fun) yea thats pretty much it, this is prolly last time the Mr.Orc man will ask for another WoW-similar game. Please do NOT mention: Knight Online Rf online Legend of Ares ( or anything from net game.com) Flyff Flysis 12-sky 2moons Silkroad Perfect World or any other game that takes no skill to play. BTW: is mythos any good? for some reason i cant dl the game, cant find link.

If only Private Servers Were Decent..... Unfortunatly They Usually Suck and Crash every 20 mins. And most of the abilities are messed up. Specially Locks & Druids.
Well anyway its nice to know some1 else is looking for a game like me. Quote:

EQ1 still is subscription based. Huge world... Fun if you have a group of friends and want a similar WoW experience. But if I'm paying I'd take WoW becuase it is easier to achieve stuff.
Regnum ... has WASD spell bars etc. Mounts are from cash shop though. I did a mini-review a few months back. The only free MMO's I liked were. Knight Online, Regnum, Dungeon Runners... Regnum reminds me of DAOC mixed with WoW, but the movement is slow. Pick a class that has runspeed. Visit their forums and read the english section. Very friendly community. |

Whats Daoc?
Dungeon Runners Seems to be pretty good. if only they modified the display stuff and made PvP better. Maby add more PvP and Factions/Races.

they say people that are wow crazy wont like city of heroes and vis versa, but i'll suggest the free trial.
and i'll suggest the following: Swords of the New World Decide Online Ever Quest 2 Im not sure what you might be looking for, if you are one of the many WoW players that never played a ton of MMOs before it came out, you may be tainted for life. However if you've played plenty of MMOs before WoW became a house hold term, then you might like other themes (like city of heroes), since theres way too many games out there with simular settings as WoW (WoW just did it better i guess). but if you're still hoped up on the fantasy theme, go for Swords of the New World or Everyquest2. heres a list of free MMOs http://www.wiki4mmo.com/index.php?ti...ee_to_Play_A-F |
