Are you referring to gingivitis? That means your gums are sensitive and bleed. If so, just brush regularly 3 minutes each day. Try brushing, and if you run out of tooth paste the first run, then paste again in the 3 min range. Gingivitis can be harsh.

i had it too earlier.. i drank lots of water and it kind of helped.. than it didnt.. just dont do it, it kind of stops the pain completely for a few minutes, but after it hurts like ****ing hell

i only floss like a couple days a week.... i know the dentist always tells you to floss but i thought that was just them banging on about it because they are a dentist. do you actually need to floss every day to stop all your teeth falling out?

btw i never ask my dentist about this because it sounds retarded when a 21 year old doesnt know this stuff and its kinda embarrassing. i mean i dont even get a sticker and a loliop anymore when i go.

I used to only floss once or twice a week then I got gingivitis >.>
