No offense but if you do not like the game why don't you play another? I would say that Exteel is more based on reaction time and situational awareness. I really can't say that there is skill involved as I haven't found any reason why I, personally, have gotten better. I haven't learned anything new as far as aiming and glitches go, but I have been paying much more attention to buildings, cover, and the fire direction indicator. This is what leads me to my thoughts above. I could just be running into a greater amount of enemies that are more newbish than me but I find that unlikely. I would also say that to some extent Exteel is gear based as all games are.
Also, I wouldn't really say Gunz is reliant on equipment. I would say it's a little less reliant or a little more reliant on equipment than Exteel. Both games can be sluggish and both require different types of "skill". I probably have some huge flaw in my statements somewhere lets see who points out something first.
