First create char with x STR x DEX* 4/5 INT and 4/5 LUK.
Than get 25 DEX and go to Henesys to become a Bowman.
and than get 5 STR more then your level (In level 10 you need 15 STR) and all the rest pump on DEX.

* its not matter what you put on the STR and on the DEX
