Anybody know any sites with good player guides? any i've found are usually out dated for like epic 3 or something, or else its incomplete or doesnt answer what I need, which changes day to day and eventually find out like a week later. I didnt even know how to shout for like 3 weeks. lol

I haven't seen a place with a detailed guide. Have you checked the Rappelz forums on the homepage?

Most help you can get is in the actual game.
