I haven't played GW in a while, cause I get the blue screen of death whenever I try to play (Factions), but just incase I can get it to work, I wanna ask a few questions....
1) Does Prophecies still have a decent sized community? I don't wanna play Prophecies if it's dead... 2) What's a good skill build for an Elementalist? 3) Which campain do you prefer the most? Prophecies or Factions? (I don't have Nightfall or EotN) 4) Just for clarification, which profession is the best at which role in parties, GvG, etc.? So I have some idea as to what I'm doing.

1)I think some places you can still find partys while at other times you may need to head into the international district or henchmen
2) There are many, many, many builds.http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page 3) I don't prefer any of them simply because I just PvP lol 4) There are 8 spots in a GvG party. Almost every class gets used nowadays; Warriors, Dervishes and Assassins are the Frontline, Elementalist,Mesmer, Paragon, Ranger, Necro. are the midline and Monk is backline. Rits are usually used for running. |

Anyways, yeah, go to pvxwiki to check out the different builds for different classes. The Guildwars classes don't fall into what you might expect, such as an elementalist being weak, and warriors being tanks. I haven't played Guildwars in awhile, but might start it up again if I get some new campaigns. However, I remember being in one of those 12v12 battles (forget what it's called, exactly), and there was an E/D with crazy defense. I had a pretty standard minion master build, and I have to say when I ran into her I saw 0's galore, as all of my minions failed to do any damage on her. However, E/D elementalists do crap damage. They give up one thing for another, making the PvP very balanced. Thus is why Guildwars PvP is so famed, and fawned over. It utilizes player intuition, and intelligence, rather than character level and armor. The PvP is truly amazing.

Well, I don't have Nightfall or EotN cause I didn't bother to get them, caue I quit Guildwars. I was never really able to get into it because I didn't have any friends that I know, and it's boring not having someone to talk to. I'm trying out the Prophecies campaign because when I played Factions, my computer always crashed and/or I got the blue screen of death whenever I moved to another area.
