Starseige Tribes

First off id like to see how much fun i had with this game over the years, hell I played it on my first real comp with 128 ram Pentium 3, 722 mhz.

Now most of you might know the game Starseige tribes and how its master server was unplugged not too long ago. Well big news the community started a while ago, there own master server!

So I was wondering would anyone like to play with me since I haven't played in a year or so and I completely forgot most of the controls except the basic ones.

The community is still pretty decent with about 250 people playing at any time.

Thats cool, I was a hardcore Tribes player.

Got Tribes the first day it came out.

Played till T2.

Got Tribes II the first day it came out.

Played till T3

Got Tribes III Vengence the first day it came out.

Puked then went back to Tribes II.

I don't think I'll be coming back tho.

Use to lead a 600-700 man clan called the FireRoyals.

Woot to that...

Last time I played this was crazy long ago. Anyone know how to get tribes 2? I want to try it. Anyway, may see you around on tribes. You'll own me. I'm fail.

I think i tryed this game about a year ago but it seemed pretty dead, i'll definatly give it another go though, vid looks awsome.

I would not touch starsiege, play tribes 2, its much better. And yes these 2 games on NORMAL mod require insane amount of skill, the bullets have a drag and curve on them so your have to get a feel for it

btw for begginers i recommend playing annihilation mod, its the most up to date mod and its not as hard to learn as base.

i disagree, tribes 1 has more players and much better mods then tribes 2

I downloaded this awhile back. It's great, but for some reason the sensitivity gos back to the default whenever I switch severs.

try setting the sensitivity in the options menu to what every you like then restart the game without entering a server.

if this doesnt work open your tribes/config folder and find preferences.cs. open it in notepad and there should be a line for sensitivity. change the value to whatever then save.

I downloaded it yesterday and its pretty fun even though the graphics are old. I like how you can build forcefields and turrets in this game

What servers does everyone play on?
