Alright, it's been a long time since I played Prophecies, and I want to know how much things have changed. So here's a couple questions I have for anyone that's been playing it for awhile;

1) Back when I played, Prophecies was the only version out. One of the hit things was doing The Underworld when our country had control over the HoH. Is the Underworld still around and still the same? If so, can you mention in which town it is?

2) Did they nerf the 55 Monk solo build?

3) In Prophecies, near the end you are in the desert where there are like four towns around you each with a mission. I can't remember the names. Is that still a popular spot to go farming for unique items, golds mainly?

4) Everytime I go to the HoH, or what I believe is the HoH, there's hardly anyone there. Is this normal, or does it have something to do with me not having Factions and EotN?

5) How has the economy changed? I was considered rich back then from all the runs and farming I did, and I had a fortune of about 65 platinum. Is that even a lot now-a-days? What would a great weapon, gold, go for?

6) To create a guild, do you still need a sigil? I can't remember if those were for creating a guild or for the guild hall. How much do they cost?

Underworld still exists, but as to which town I'm not too clear about. I just remember there's a portal that gets you to the underworld and it wasn't really in a town.

About your PvE questions, I'm going to pass and not give you my guesses because I don't remember much about PvE.

HoH is universal, you don't need certain expansions to see more players. You were probably in a bad timezone where not a lot of people were on or you were in one of the international servers which usually had less people.

I don't believe 65 plat. I easily hit over 130k and I wasn't a farmer because our guild only GvGs.

Yes you need Sigil, but the prices have been changing (dropping as time I checked) so I don't know the price now.

Well, back in June of the year Prophecies came out, it had been out since April, throughout July, that didn't leave a whole lot of time to get a lot of money. Ecto's were the main supply of money, and I can't remember exactly but they were anywhere up to 2 platinum each until it reset and ruined the economy. They reset all store item prices. Runes that used to be 5 plat were going for 100 gold, ecto's were being sold from the store at 50g each.

Then they threatened to nuke the 55 Monk build, which would have been stupid since the main use was to farm ecto's, which were barely at 700g after the reset hit.

65 plat was what I had left after buying 2 Sigils, which were probably the most expensive thing I would imagine. I honestly have no idea how much they were.

Yeah, I just tested my 130 build on griffins and it works fine. Very happy about that. Never did like the 55 monk build, but I've been using the 130 build for a long time. I only wish that no one announced the 55 build as it became overused very quickly, and I assume that hasn't changed.



Now I am still curious about the economy and about the Hall of Heroes thing, because I went on there several times yesterday and a couple today to find hardly anyone. I was on the USA active district. Tried all of them though.

It's probably coz everyone is in the main towns of each campaign. D: and there's like 8 districts for RA everytime I'm there. D:

PvE guilds tend to farm UW and the nightfall dungeons more often than the prophecies dungeon, coz they give better rewards(I think).



btw taikee what guild are you in? D: My guild hardly ever GvGs and I want a very active GvG guild. D:

You mean when the weapon is customized? I don't think you can change the name of the weapon once it's been customized, I'm not sure but maybe you can use them as long as they're in the same account.

Not a weapon, my character. Anyway to change the name of my character? I want to switch my Warriors name. If I did a template for the character, and exported it to a new character, I'd have to start over from level 1 and do all the quests over again. So I want to know if there's any way to change his name.
