im wanting to know how to make my own mafia RPG game Online can someone help me on how to make a mafia game with my novice experiance and no money

Well it depends. What type of game do you want to make? Text-based? 2D? 3D?

Then PHP is the way to go. All you need is a website that supports PHP, and a MySQL database, but to be honest, I don't know of any. You'll have to use google to find them.
