Can I play Cabal in New Zealand???

You can play, but not the US version. You have to play the EU version.

i downloaded the european client and it still doesn't work

loool. thats cause you can't play the Europe version, it has an IP block on country's which arnt in europe and last time i checked new zealand wasnt in europe.

and you CAN play the US/Canada one, cause the silly people forgot to put an IP block on Australian/New Zealander IP's lool. but remember if you do play the US one, theres always a VERY great chance that you "heck everyone from aus/nz" will end up getting IP blocked, so don't get too comfortable playing there..

i downloaded it but it says it cant connect 2 the server so im jus lukin around 4 way 2 play it

OGP hasn't banned every single IP in Oceania, but the majority of them.

If you can get through, grats. Don't tell anybody where you live and you'll be fine.

Otherwise, sorry. You can't play.
