You need to follow so many guidelines because I will let ya now no one is going to do squat for you, that isn't the way this kind of thing works.

for now all i can think of is someone to get a patch to create the game

someone to create the story

someone who knows about the text

someone to make the missions and cars and casino

someone to make the items

someone to make the donation things and points system

and some people to make the forum

o also someone to do coding and text

Tell you what I have myself, and 3 other programmers advanced in c++ c sharp and python, you pay us 500 or 700 a month we'll build a game for you.


How do you plan to coordinate these things my friend its not as simple as just directing people to do this stuff for you, you have to put in an effort rather than being the lazy ass of the team.

Of course I don't mean any of this in an offensive way But you really got to look more into planning this out and post proper information before you even consider asking someone to do this for you.

you have NO idea how games/development works :P

You can't just turn up and say "I want a game with gangsters!"

You either need some serious cash or to be very talented, commited and a good leader. (by the sounds of it you have none of this abilities)

Thats not of course to discourage you in anyway. There are many different ways to make a less complicated game and get experience on the way. Starting small on your way is always a good idea to get proper leadership skills.

I can already tell ya your the first one I have seen to be criticized in a manner of which you have not even once exploded like most of the other people who post here do when we point out their design flaws and ideas.

Thats one benefit right their, your patient I presume. So don't discourage yourself completely, but rather get some experience by joining teams first and applying a skill you can build and love

Mine was animation, and I now have applied for 2 different jobs in that field. Paying jobs! Its just how your skills can effect the rate of your games development. How you apply what you know to the games growth instead of just telling others what to do.

Work on some presentation. Its great you want to do this, the one biggest thing you lacked here was your presentation skills. Without them your not going to get anyone to join if you look like a guy/girl that just sat here for 1 minute typing up a 10 second read.

Those are just my suggestions.
