Exclamation New FPS with realistic stuff!! made by me!

word up everybody

i am using Silent Walk fps creator.(it doesn't suck, it makes games similar to half-life one)

i need new .mp3 files

new weapon models (also a tutorial on how to put them in)

and a name

THE STORY BEHIND THE GAME!

you are a 13 year old kid who is addicted to video games.
you go to sleep while playing video games.
you have a dream filled with computers, dish washers, paper dolls, and of course. TOAST. attacking u.(also swat ppl)

Let me guess. You're 13 years old, and you absolutely LOVE playing video games.

To be honest though, I doubt anyone's going to come forward with anything, unless you can provide them with an incentive to. Usually, in commercial companies, this incentive is cash. I'm guessing you don't have alot of that (none of us do), so the other attraction is talent. To be honest, being able to use an FPS Creator to create a game isn't that impressive. To get people to help you, you need to show some pretty serious skill with either modeling, writing (I mean, A LOT of writing here), or programming, and even then that won't guarantee you anything.

So, I see your options like this:

A ) Give up.
B ) Scrape together a whole heap of cash.
C ) Learn to model/mix/program/write yourself.

Now if you don't like option A, and you can't really pull of option B, you're left with option C, which is to learn how to do most of the stuff yourself, or use your skill in one field to attract people in others.

If you want to choose option C, we can help you. Just tell us what you want to learn, and we'll try and help you learn it!

Though I can say what Eriond has stated is much more contributive than what I have just stated. Presentation is my biggest thing. It is the biggest ball buster I give to new game designers. They are much like all of us, collaborate over the internet. For people looking for serious development titles, I am one of those people. Proper, and I mean absolute proper presentation is in order.

If you do not provide enough information there is no grounds of which to prove yourself a worthy person to have the skills many people here at onrpg and other places can contribute to your project.

You pay me? I know 4 people who make music!
You pay me? I know 2 people who could be considered expert modelers!
You pay me? I will give you all of my time with the skills I have gained over the years, talk to several programmers to make your game possible, and see it come to life.

But where is that information!?!? Where is the payment? So much information is missing.

Since your using the fps engine, try look at their forums, its got a few modeling guides and such on making your stuff for it. Might be of help.
You can get some models of turbosquid, 3d cafe(if free stuff works) and other various sites. You may very well get a modeler, as the things you described seem easy.

But, you do need to put up more information. Perhaps like graphical style, such as cartoony, realistic. More of a plot/story. Types of weapons, level structure, like bosses between levels and puzzles. Basically as much as you can say about it. I'd say aim at this to be a basic game.
Say, 20 levels, tougher enemies as you go along, and bosses every 5 levels. Maybe fewer levels, depending on skill with the tools.
So, just give more details pretty much. People often like to know basic ideas and concepts so they can decide whether they may find it interesting to work with. (not that its not interesting, personal preference)
