If you had actually thought that statement through, you'd realize how ****ed up it was.

Given the choice, I'd say restricting violence makes more sense. Which do you think would traumatize a kid more: seeing a man brutally murdered and maimed, or a couple going at it (not hardcore porn though)? It's quite bizarre how our society choses what's appropriate for tv. You have shows like CSI where they depict very realistic and grusome cases with half eaten corpses and the like, but god forbid a woman show her breasts for fear someone's gonna pop a chubby.

Really though, I don't think either should be restricted. It's not the media's responcibility to look out for the children, that's what parents should be doing. They have tons of crap now that can block access to certain channels, TV ratings, or websites. Parents need to ****ing take responsibility for their kids and stop blaming the media.
