Icarus walked over to Maki hearing what she said. "Hey! I was just saying that if you don't like to fight I'll fight for you." He said laughing. Icarus walked up to Pastel and Reen. "Oi, My name is Ivywind...Icarus Ivywind." He said he looked down wondering what he should do next. "Well...from what I've heard from Maki and Tahu you must be Reen. I'm gonna guess that the Royal guard is Pastel...Awesome name by the way." He said throwing the ending in randomly. He reached out his hand to pastel in a shake like way.

" I sorta...'bumped' in to Tahu and decided to see what would happen if I hung out with you people... So far I've meet a fellow Wind User who is also a very intresting person to talk to and a Water User who dosen't like me do to the whole 'bumping' in to him."

"Heh, so now what do we do?" Maki asked after Icarus introduced himself. "I mean, we can let Icarus ramble on if he gets too embarrassed...just kidding. Well, it seems like the Royal Rumble is coming to an end. How many winners are there suppose to be, like ten? Hmm, there is Reen, Tahu, Icarus, Pastel, and myself, not to mention a few others still roaming around. I am sure that as soon as the amount needed to end the Royal Rumble appears, we can be done with this."

"Maki, what if you group has to fight against each other?" Lun asked suddenly, startling Maki a bit. "I mean, this may be fine with you, but time is running out, and the final winners need to be decided soon."

"Lun, do not worry," Maki began. "There is enough of us available so that if that does happen, we can fight back as a group and come out triumphant. Besides, if they need someone to leave, I will be happy to do so. I just came to get a better view, after all."

Icarus blushed from embarssment. " Hey I do not ramble...well...I guess sometimes. I really don't notice it really. Its just a defect I have some people over eat or do OCD things or bite there nails or twindle their thumbs or somethin. Me? I just talk forever ...you really have to snap me out from doin it cause I will go on and on and on and on..."

Behold KeroKero has come to save the day. KeroKero slaps Icarus upside of the head. "SHUT UP! You dolt!" KeroKero then bowed as well as a bird can. "I appoligize for my friends idiocy." KeroKero then dissappeared behind Icarus's back.

Icarus scratched the back of his neck. "Man Ke...your makin me look bad in front my only friends." He sad a little patheticly. Damn now there really gonna think somethings wrong with me now that they know I have no friends.Icarus regained his calmness.

Icarus just heard the conversation between Lun and Maki. "Hey who said your not gonna be in the top ten." He joked. "I don't care if I have to fight every single one of those guys." He said shakin his head towards the No-name fighters. " Just to make sure you and the others make it in to the top ten." He said confidently with this 'determined no matter what' kinda of look.

Icarus then tried to adress everyone. "I got a question. Are we going to go after the other fighters... or are we gonna wait for them to come to us and casualy blow them off?" He said lifting his hands up flat like he was saying 'I don't know' sorta of fashion with his head tilted to his head.

((OOC: Just to inform you, Im sure this is true for most people anyway, the majority of my characthers are all parts of my personality theres even one girl that I have that is part of feminity...Yes I have some and I'm not afraid to say so. Icarus is the part of me that is hyper,joyfull, comical and my embarssment ...yeah theres the ...'good' and the 'bad'. So there are a few quircks that he has that I have... the over talking and I talk with my hands half the time and will make sound effects... I'm also the guy that you know how your friends if you make like a WOOSH! noise they go. "Haha how did that go?" and laugh at you... I'm the guy who will repeat the noise. "You have good friends." Reen said, looking straight at Pastel. Pastel paused for a few seconds, glaring at Reen's smiling face. He didn't thought that she was this beautiful before Reen looked at him straight in the eyes. Pastel was blushing. He quickly tilted his head down to the ground. This time he was the one avoiding eye contact.

"Uhh... Yeah..." Pastel replied. Reen turned her back on him and waved her bow to show Maki and the others where they are. Maki saw Reen waving and sprinted over as fast as she could. Along Maki was another person Pastel haven't seen before.

"Reen," Maki started, then noticed Pastel. "Ahahah, looks like you have a 'bodyguard' too! Icarus is trying real hard to be mine. Oh, I forgot! Tahu and I made a new friend! Here they come! Icarus! Tahu! Come on!" Pastel took a quick scan of the newcomer before he walks towards him.

"Oi, My name is Ivywind...Icarus Ivywind." The newcomer said. "Well...from what I've heard from Maki and Tahu you must be Reen. I'm gonna guess that the Royal guard is Pastel...Awesome name by the way." He reached out his hand to pastel in a shake like way.

"Talk to who?" A soft voice came from behind him. Pastel quickly realized that it was Flora. "Hey Flora! I want you to me- HOLY SH*T!!!" When Pastel turned around he did saw Flora. But what shocked him and made him took a step back was what Flora was lifting on her back. It was a giant half-beast, the height of the half-beast was about 7'5 and it's body was muscular. Everyone joined Pastel on his state of shock when they saw it too.

"Huh?" Flora wondered why everyone was looking at her like that. Looking at Flora, it looks like it was only natural for her to lift something that big.

"Hey Flora! Help me out here!" Rick called out.

"I'll be right there!" Flora shouted back. "Well then, i'll be going now. Good luck on you guys!" Flora said. She even managed to wave good bye at them before she ran to Rick's position.

"How could a small girl like Flora lift something like that?" Pastel thought. "Well i guess that explains why she has her own training sessions." Pastel turned back and saw everyone was still shocked then they simultaneously looked at him.

"Don't even ask me..." Pastel said to them before they could even ask a question regarding Flora. "It's only been a year since i've became a Royal Guard and met Rick and Flora. I guess i still have alot to know about them."

“I'm Tahu, nice to meet you, “ Tahu replied when everyone was introducing themselves.

“It shouldn’t be hard to find the rest of the fighters,” said Tahu, “This isn’t exactly the hill country, besides the dust seems to be clearing up a bit we’ll be able to see more clearly now.”

Tahu could not believe it. He could not believe that a group like this has somehow gotten together. Turning his head this way and that Tahu looked around at his fellow party members. At first glance it looked like a group of Kids but these kids where strong. For one thing they have managed to stay alive with all the brutality. Tahu laughed to himself he had a feeling he was in for a much bigger adventure then the Royal Rumble.

“I’m all for going to look for the rest,” said Tahu looking at his companions, “What do yeah think?”

The dude steppin on the black part of Icarus's scarf and him going insane. Why do we repeat peoples sentences... I've done it once out of lazyness but wouldn't it be better for us to rephrase it and say it from a differnt perspective. Or...not even right it down? And...crap I was gonna write more but now i'm gettin the 'get off' signal...peace out my crazed rpin amigos.

((Fine, let's have a short time leap *Time Warps*))

Sunset came. The dust clears on the field, showing 10 warriors standing firmly on the ground. Some are exhausted, some didn't even break a sweat. Then they heard the sound of the horn being blown, which signals the end of the Royal Rumble. Everybody looked up on the top of Sunset Hill as King Gray announces the names of the finalists.

"Logain T'Shbara, Maki Umarashi, Tahu Regem, Icarus Ivywind, Pastel Gerran, Reen Asch..." King Gray continued but as soon as Reen heard her name, she fell unconscious on Maki's arms, who's standing right beside her. Reen completely depleted all of her energy. She was just trying to hold up until she hears her name being announced as one of the finalists.

"...We'll continue the tournament two days from now, giving you one day to prepare yourself before the finals. Tomorrow at dawn, a messenger will be sent to give you a card which will have the name of your opponent for the finals. That'd be all..."

After that, the audiences, the other finalists and some of the royalties started to leave. King Lamont though, jumped from the top of sunset hill down to the field on Reen's position. He smiled as he cast his eyes upon Reen, sleeping comfortably. He then turned his look to Maki who's holding Reen.

"Please take her to an inn. This'll pay for all the expenses." King Lamont said, handing over a pouch full of gold coins to Maki.

"Oi! Lamont! You already have Lune and you still flirt with other girls?" King Gray shouted to him before bursting into laughter. Gray suddenly stopped laughing when an arrow, coming from Lamont's position, passed through his face, hitting a tree behind him which was completely obliterated. Sweat was flowing down his face as he looks at Lamont's grinning face.

Lamont looked at Maki's amazed face. She should be. She didn't even saw Lamont drew a bow and arrow nor does she even know where he hids it under his clothes. "Well then, please take care of her." The last words of Lamont before he suddenly sinked into the ground and quickly reappeared on top of Sunset Hil where he meets up with King Gray and the other royalties.

((So we only got four fighters that aren’t us...that’s a *air calculator ...* 44.5% chance that I will fight someone that I don't know. and a 55.5% chance I will fight one of you guys. and that makes it a 22% chance of fighting a girl, Unless one of the random fighters is a girl. Then of course that goes against Icarus’s belifs of chivalry. (And mine) so the percent that I see so far would be. 33% of fighting someone Icarus will have to make a decision in fighting either. Those are Maki, Reen, and Pastel. (Were from the same land he'll have trouble fighting someone he will consider like a brother.) That leaves 66% of fighting the random 4 and Logain and Tahu. Tahu and Icarus aren’t on the best of terms at the moment not saying it can change but that is what I'm looking at. Logain he helped out some but down to the wire he'll fight him. Wow...I forgot I was a nerd for a second to throw percent in to it. ))
Icarus looked around at his new friends and the four other fighters who had managed to stand. “Odd assortment we have here. This is going to be fun as long as I don't have to fight Maki, Reen or Pastel... crap I'm talking to myself." He scanned the area. "No one is looking at me..."

Icarus then heard a light thud. He gazed over in the direction to see Reen passed out leaning on Maki. Then something crazy happened. One of the Kings had come down and spoken to Maki. He told her something about an Inn and handed her money. I'm guessing he is a king...I never was up with politics he's talking about Reen...so he must be the Earth King... Oh...look money.

Icarus was about to blink when he heard the insult launched at the King. "...wow...he's fast." Icarus was only able to catch the drawing and returning of Lamont's bow the rest was a blur it looked almost as if the bow's arrow was just a continuous beam.

Icarus had just remembered a part of the instructions given to them. “‘EY! UH...King! Sir! About us getting the cards with the name of are opponents on them. Can I possibly get mine sent to Maki's house here?" He yelled up to the hill pointing at Maki. Icarus looked down. "I hope so cause I wonder if the messenger can find tree in the middle of a forest." He joked to himself.

Finally he turned his attention to the unconscious Reen. "Maybe Pastel should take her to the Inn. I'm sure she would like her ' Knight in Shining Armor' to take her there." He said laughing. Icarus looked up to the sky as the sun was setting. "The world never ceases to amaze me..." At that moment his stomach growled. Icarus blushed a little but it was hard to see cause of his tanned skin. “Uh...you guys think, maybe we could get some chow? I'm starving!"

Maki was looking up at King Gray, who was announcing the names. She smiled a bit when she heard her name, and the other names of her friends as well. Then she noticed a surprising force strike the air, and, using her quick reflexes, caught Reen with amazing speed, considering that she was not paying attention.

"Uh, Reen, are you okay?" Maki asked before grinning at the snoozing girl. "Heh, I guess I would be tired as well, if I did as much fighting as you did, Reen."

Maki's ears bealy picked up the rest of King Gray's speech, aside from something about a letter being mailed to everyone who was one of the top ten winners. It was some time later, a mere few seconds after the announcement was over, when another presence came swooping down from Sunset Hill.

"Please take her to an inn," A voice commanded kindly, obviously observing Reen, for he was looking down at her when Maki looked up. "This'll pay for all the expenses."

It was then when Maki realized who it was. A royalty, King Lamont, no less, was staring directly at her, holding out a pouch filled with gold coins. She felt herself blush a little, before shaking her head and gently taking the pouch.

"Th-thank you--thank you very much!" Maki added with enhuism, bowing without thinking. "Ah, do you know Reen, sir--I mean, King Lamont. I'm sorry!"

This was not normal behavior for Maki. In fact, her new cheerfulness was new too. Ever since she came to the Royal Rumble, she noticed a new side opening up before her eyes. Since the moment she lost her father, she was afraid to fight or let her heart open up too much around friends. It even seemed that when she did, Maki would edventually lose that friend, which brought back thoughts of her father. She even began distancing herself from Lun and her mother, playing her flute being her only comfort. Now she was blushing and smiling, something she had not done since she was with her father.

"Maybe I can actually keep these friends," Maki thought suddenly. "I can tell Lun has been worried about me up until now. She seems to have brightened up a bit too. Well, I guess that is what made me so interested in Reen. We both have hidden our hearts, and we both managed to make each other smile. If I can, I will try my best to protect her...but first, I have to take her to an inn. From there, we get our letters. I just hope--"

"Oi!" Another voice shouted, shattering her chain of thought. "Lamont! You already have Lune and you still flirt with other girls?"

This time, it was King Gray. His laughter was feeling the air, making Maki stop blushing. It was a split second later, when the red from her cheeks almost faded away, that her face flashed red again. An arrow shot by so fast, a tree in the distance stood no more, completly gone from sight. The smile had gone from King Gray's face, followed by sweat. It also seemed the smile had transfered to King Lamont, who seemed almost pleased with what he did.

"A-amazing!" Maki beamed, thus the thought of Reen's power sent into her arrows flickered into her mind. "It's the same--!"

“‘EY!" Icarus interrupted. "UH...King! Sir! About us getting the cards with the name of are opponents on them. Can I possibly get mine sent to Maki's house here? I hope so cause I wonder if the messenger can find tree in the middle of a forest.

Maki was shocked by this response, and the next.

Maki merely let a soft smirk appear on her face, letting her light green eyes take in the pink, purple, and blue colors blending together, the sun slowly growing wider and thinner with each minute. Then the grow brought her out of her trance.

"Uh...you guys think, maybe we could get some chow? I'm starving!" Icarus stated suddenly.

"Yeah, it was a long day," Maki murmured, before changing the subject. "How about all of you go out to eat? I will catch up, as soon as I get Reen to the inn, okay?"

Maki raced off, her feet pounding on the pavement. The sun was barely glowing now, the blue starting to engulf the beautiful scenary of colors. It was not long before she made it to a medium sized building, the dimming light giving it an eerie shade of darkness. Entering, she saw a busy woman stacking paper and assigning rooms. When Maki finally reached her, she glanced up over the rims of her glasses before turning her attention to the paper in front of her.

"Name?" The blond-haired woman questioned, pushing some golden strands out of her face.

"Ah, M--Reen," Maki corrected quickly. "This girl's name is Reen. She will be staying here."

"Alright, room for one," The brown-eyed woman clarified obviously. "Here. This is the room key for 162. It is located on the second floor. Take those stairs and walk down till you see a window. The door will be on you left."

Maki thanked the woman, handing over the gold coins in the pouch, which ended up being the exact price. Once in the room, Maki laid Reen down under the sheets, resting her arms on the side of the bed.
