It's not a scam.

We have partnered up with Jagex to allow people to play Runescape right from Onrpg.

Nothing wrong with that, you can't trust anyone now a days. Heck the NY governor just slept with a hooker the other day... But this is legit thought, jagex even said so.

OnRPG is an official distibutor of RuneScape a long with sites such as Miniclip and MTV.

The affiliate program is explained in detail here: http://www.runescape.com/a=53/p=hg70.../affiliates.ws

The code used in OnRPG's implementation of the game is identicial to that of Jagex. The same worlds, the same people, the same game. It is the same experience you would find at RuneScape.com, but you're at OnRPG.com instead.
