Need an MMO with a lot of professions and skills

I want a lot of professions

Maybe the possibility to build something in the game also (like a village?) and make money from that...

So i will play them longer
i already tried Lands of Hope,yes it has a lot of things to do,it could of been better but the game is ... for 10 year olds.I tried planeshift,sadly its broken (ill definately play this game in 4 years or so when it will be ready)...Don`t bother with mabinogi this is a bad mmo in my eyes and ashen empires is p2p no?
Dofus is not what i have in mind either.

Any other suggestions?
I feel like i failed already

i`ve seen better even in lineage 2

*cough*... i did NOT say these just for the record... Go play runescape. build your own house. 20 some skills. no PvP anymore.
