SLOW+POISON? Why need that when you have mist? Slow is probably good for Pap...but thats basically the only boss that can really move....except GPQ... Also Slow+Explosion is pretty unknown, why do that when your being attacked anyways? Plus explosion should K.O. most of the monsters you kill...matters what your training on though. |

Slow+poison rocks. Simple example: the bottom of DeathTeddies. You cower it with poison mist. If you aggro any monsters you slow them, and move on. If you don't slow them, you get trapped between the ones chasing you, and the ones crowding under the ladder, and you get hit. If you do slow them, it takes them approximately 2 years to get to the ladder. By that time you'll have found an opening and climb to safety. And yes. I do that. Slow maxed.

But i guess it matters what type of platform or map your training on, most of the 8x goes to Grims, and they have a small platform with about 3 to 4 grims on their. So if you put mist on 1 of the platform and go on to the next...they cant really follow you now can they? It pretty much depends. |

pretty much you got te choose betweeen thoose 2
or you would like to max magic armour .But still whats wrong with having your mobs 40 speed slower. a stone golems is then pretty much the same as stunned.

But I figure there must be some occassions when, for example slowing them before jumping onto the platform is beneficial. And if I really wanted maxed PoisonBrace for some reason, I think I'd sooner skip MPeater than slow o_@

Oh my lol....you were a former hacker, I wouldn't expect you to know how to train legit. Slow is amazingly useful for a firemage, since they aren't like Ice Mages and don't have a passive slow. Also, if you don't max slow, what are you gonna do? Max Poison Brace? Also, who goes to grims at 80? Not only will you being dieing so much, you'd also be getting KS'ed like mad when you aren't looking. You're better off with pirates or DT's, and if you wanna play risky, go to sharks over grims.
