[Request] A Good Game

I cant find a game that i can stick to..

Here is my want/needs:
3D Graphics - Not 2D or 2.5D 3D ! ! ! !
Good Guild System
Not so grindy - I have homework to do alot so.. i dont get much time to play
Room to do whatever - not just do quest or you cant level/get money.
English Language used
Client Download (Browser Based ONLY if nothing else works)
Flying!(optional)
Cool Monsters, NOT bunnies...
Doesn't need your ID number/Passport ID.

I don't think theres a game that fits your criteria that you haven't listed. You could try Mabinogi, since you barely have to grind. I got to level 16 in 1 hour.
