I would have to say yes, because the only real thing people who are paying for cash shop have better then a non cash shop user is the fact that they lvl a little faster.

Thought i'm sure people will say stuff about the astro boards in the shop but come on is a freaking astro board that important

The cash thing it only helps them lvl and skill lvl. Is only 25% of skill lvl, lvl, drops and in game cash drops.

When people buy cash items, it doesn't really make them an advantage to none premium users.

It will just help yourself to lvl faster and skill faster. That's about it, and is the only good part that u can afk skill lvl. Only those are good about been premium. Other than that is garbages
