i must admit, im constantly hearing about problems about wizet.
when the game first left beta the community was promised that their characters would not be wiped.
but they were wiped.

if half of the hack reportings are true then this game seems to have a rediculous problem with it.

the screw up with the latest 2x exp event seems pretty unproffesional to me
considering i havnt heard a statement about it from them yet...

ive heard several stories from honost sources about their accounts being banned for reporting hacks (2 friends of mine were accused of misreporting hackers, even after the hackers were banned....makes little sense right?)
not to mention the endless forum posts about it.

the immature vulgarity on their website forum is also a turn off, but i know thats really not wizets fault there.

dont take this as flaming wizet, i think they made a great game here, but i think their support of their global community is seriously lacking.

I agree with you there

I'm guessing they're taking all the hacking a little too far. Getting everyone is there only plan I guess. I've seen there forum. Boy that place sucks. The x2 exp event time was also changed too. I missed the two weekends cause of that crap -.- They're losing their skills little by little

I also heard some of the employees were mad for some pay cuts or something, not sure if it was true though... But yeah wizet does have a lot of problems

Well I have to agree with you about the 2x Exp thing but back in beta Wizet wasn't as reliable as it is now. Anyways it isn't easy to run a MMORPG.

i agree, its not easy to run an mmo,and i give them props for what they've pulled off so far, but i have to admit ive seen better service from cheaper games.

It doesn't get much cheaper then free.

Your first post I couldn't agree more with though. Hopefully Wizet will get everything sorted out in some of the up coming patches.

you can't blame them, it's our choice to play the game btw it's F2P so if u say We deserve service because we charge NX cash it's your choice then. But like I say you can't blame them, just enjoy playing the game, how it should be

Yeah Wizet has alot of problems right now. I'm still amazed of how far they have created this great game, though.
