I need a game that is a FPS, features levels, armor+weapons you can equip, and is in 1 big world. I want it to have quests, and some sort of clan/guild system.

warrok seems to fit most of ur categories....not 1 big world....no quests tho.... also try Flysis... flying but it has guns, big world, quests, levels, armors, weapons, not too much of a grind, pvp, dunno about guilds, or something like that.
