I was wondering what are your ways to fight off sleep? I love staying up all night b/c i gotta act like a ninja when i go to restroom and i get all paranoid about every sound but I need water to stay up late. However the fridge is right up against my parents bedroom wall (kitched is on same wall (other side) as my parents room) so I can't get any water... So I am requesting some other ways to stay up late tonight. *I usually get a few bottles of water in my room ahead of time but we ran out* Thanks

Well I just stayed up all night and it wasnt that hard lol
Just keep yourself busy, grab a load of games to play, films to watch, competetive games like counter-strike or any mmorpg with good PvP in it can keep me up for days.

Coffee works for me but that would only increase your paranoia with every sound you hear.
You could keep a bucket of cold water in your room and dunk your head in it every 30mins or so.

Eh I'm currently trying to grind up a WoW account so that's not exactly adrenaline inducing
Sounds like a good way to catch pneumonia and yeah coffee would just make me curl up in a ball in a corner and rock slowly... back... and forth. |

Oookay then wiseguy. I can't get anything out of the fridge b/c it'll wake up my parents besides im trying to hold back on sweets >.>
And I really don't like rakion... too much bullsh!t for my tastes (laggers, grip assassin, blacksmiths in general) I think I like CoD4/TF2 for adrenaline so I guess ill go play those. That or I'll get some sleep tonight (woot 4 hours) since I think I gotta go get a haircut tomorrow =/ |

Books are nice, but not for keeping me awake. That and I don't have any good ones... I don't watch tv much, I leave it on the music channel b/c it's 10xbetter than radio. Don't have handheld consoles either =/ Sold psp and gameboy a loong time ago

well i dunno what to suggest for you but heres some things that keep me up at night....
yesterday (for example) i watched poltergiest and the amityville horror, then (despite being a grown man) i could not sleep because i felt sure that something was going to kill me the second i closed my eyes. the rack in my room which i use to dry clothes on looked like some kinda monster from the deepest pits of hell and my open wardrobe looked like something was going to leap out at my face and then strangle me. also, civilization 2 has lost me many hours of sleep. just one more turn. just one more turn. ok just one more turn. and another, and another, an.... oh **** is that daylight???? smeg its 6am!!!! my seminar!!!!! apart from that i dont actually try to stay up on purpose unless ive god some badass essay to finish. so really i dont know what to suggest. why do you want to stay up late anyways? |
