Noticed Maple europe put something usefull up finnaly, so I wonder if I could sell soem stuff out of the Cashshop? Not clothing but like scrolls, 2xdrop/exp etc.. It's not fun being a poor Mage O.O"

Did you ever saw one in a shop? No.

Its because we cant, otherwise nx would be even more unfair.

You can't sell NX items in stores, no.
However, you can illegally "sell" things.
Usually people will put up a smega, saying something like "Selling NX cash 1k for 1mil Ch9 FM16! Synergy FTW!" Or something like that.
Go there, and report that person. This is illegal.
