Paige, all your skills reset at LEVEL 18. This is because right now, at 10, you are a regular Ghost Warrior. In order to become a Berserker, or a Soul Bringer, you have to do a set of 4 quests that only become available to you at 18.
So don't worry, you've got plenty of time. Also, if you want to find good builds for ANY character, use
www.youtube.com or
www.youku.com and you're bound to find videos of players with good builds. Then you emulate what works.
