I need help leveling up to level 30 from level 19 with only half exp. Plus any idea of what weapon that you can use when your level 19 that is good for a thief?

Uhmn, what second job do you want to become?
If you're going for bandit...
I find them more fun that sins. You get to watch your guy move really fast. -dur... idiot talk-
Just go train at Pig beach then go KPQ. And buy the highest level dagger you can at the NPC store~

If you're going for sin, get some good stars and a scrolled Meba.

Bandit: Your current level's respective dagger.
Assassin: Garnier to 25, +7 Meba to 40, Avarice to 50, Slain to 70, Scarab for the rest of your life unless you find a statistically better claw (Remember how much LUK affects L7)

All your answers are in the L7 skill description. There's a formula but I'm too lazy to dig it up.
