They make oodles and oodles of cash each day off of us. They get more people to play and watch their ads than 2 superbowls combined. And yes Nexon needs you to buy their NX cash. It's what keeps them afloat. If enough people we're fed up with this then they would change.
I beg to differ with ad-free games hindering yourself to enjoy an immersive environment. It just makes itself less immersive.

Focus on the Bold part for a minute. If that were to happen the "change" would be they would become a P2P game. Tek sometimes the costumer isn't ALWAYS right.
With that aside It seems that all those "advertisements" are stores with Nx cash cards in them. So its only natural to advertise, also how effectively does this "sidestep" the parents. If i wanted to go to best buy to get something my mom would know about it, and heck im 16 too. This really is just a way to get Maplers to want to go to those stores and its probaly not really effective.
