You can create an ALT and level it to 20. Then ship yourself all the gold and silver. But then that ALT needs gold too, so you gotta make another. And another...
Well it might be easier to just buy it on the market, but they will try to overcharge.

Kirian ups your equipment. It's her last option, the shiny blade below the quest icon. Careful though, if you up it past 6, you are taking a gamble, and the weapon might be destroyed.
