like the title says is it. If its not could you please help me find something else.
Nothing korean or a grindfest and something more to do than lvling, also action orientated if possible thankyou.

Not according to what your looking for, RF online is a PvP oriented korean grinder which is ruined due to the potion-using system. (Most pots=win!)

If you want a game that isn't grindy and has more to do that leveling I reccomend:

Mabinogi
Runescape
Possibly DOMO
