Posted a new build of the translations up. Here are the changes:

- Tidied up some of the text.
- Finished translating the sub-regions.
- Fixed some spelling mistakes in the monster names.
- Finished translating the scrolls.
- Roughly translated the Skill Descriptions... They need a lot of work though.
