Actually, there's a story I've heard about this.
So there was a dude that went to a party. He was having fun I guess, nothing special. Just loud music on with people dancing, grinding, etc. When he went to the bathroom, he looked at the mirror and noticed a needle in his arm with a rolled up paper attached to it. It read, "Welcome to the world of AIDS!". This disturbed him, so he went to the hospital about a month later, just in case. There he was actually diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
It's just a story a friend told me. Apparently it happened to one of his friends that go to a different school. Dunno if it's true but it did freak me out a little.
