Aren't there SCSI Ram controllers? They must be slow, not really high performance, but I am only guessing, because I don't know the specs.

Or if you have vista you can use external memory cards....

Although it would be slow, and no nearly as good as getting larger ram.

Motherboards today tend to have only 4 slots anyways.... Just get bigger ram sticks.

Why the hell do you want more than 3,in the max scenario,4 GBs of RAM?

The only way,as Atiari stated,to get tons of RAM would be to get a server motherboard.

dude to keep your computer blanaced you should have half as much ram as you have ghz processor

ex. 3 ghz processor 1.5 gigs of ram

noone need 5+gigs of ram....

There are RAM drives, that may be what you're talking about. It's a card that you stick RAM on and it makes the RAM act like a hard drive for super fast access.

Not what he's asking for, and in lots of cases that will actually slow the performance down instead of give it an increase. There are a few tasks that go faster, but over-all you do more harm than good.
