Alright so I have a teacher who is about 27 years old and he is too scared to do ANYTHING about his students.

There is a black girl andrea in my class and a white girl mckayla. Andrea keeps disrespecting Mr.Elkin then mckayla joins in like a little follower. Then we have the other girls who just don't listen to him but don't mouth off either.

Then me I just respect him because seriously he passes me when I don't do ANYTHING in school. He is the only teacher who passes me with a C all other classes I get F's.

So today he is talking to me and he's like hey guess what. Me: What? Him: I'm going to vermont. Me: Cool you bringing your girlfriend? Him: Na her mother is sick. So my teacher is pretty cool but overall a REALLY nice guy. He just wants to be nice and be cool with everyone but they treat him badly saying he doesn't know how to teach, but honestly they keep interrupting him.

So... Andrea goes WE DON'T CARE. He replies with. "I wasn't talking to you Andrea" So she's like I don't care and lays down on the heater. He keeps telling her to get off the heater but she refuses. He keeps threatning to send her out and won't.

So I'm kind of getting tired of the kids of my class disrespecting him and I'm tired of seeing him take all this crap. They disrespect him EVERY day. He never does anything, he comes in a happy mood to school, then they ruin it. It's not only my class either it's all the classes except period 1.

Seriously I'd like to see what you guys think about this then one day leave this open on his computer screen for him to read it.

If you want him to read it, why would you call the topic "my teacher is such a little girl"?

I feel sorry for the guy, personally. Students, especially in the lower grades of high school (or in the college rather than university level), can be horrible. I was always nice to my teachers. I was a terrible worker and would never hand shit in, but I was nice and quiet :].

My algebra teacher is a 24 year old, works at 2 schools, is her first year of teaching, and barley comes to work. Is also the class I hate and the only class I'm getting a D-C in.
