on screenshots. Never knew this up until now when the recent event in Khaini took place.

Wanna know why?
People these days have ability to manipulate ScreenShots using programs such as Gimp and Photoshop. Some are able to make them seem as if they were real and legit screenshots taken and GMs don't want to take that chance.
