It looks like the objectives are contained in the quest.bin. I think I can translate the monster names and quest items required along with what NPCs you need to talk to. That in itself should be enoguh to complete half of the quests I guess.
The second thing that I would like to do to for the quests is to take note of what quest items drop from what monsters and place them in the quest descriptions. That way all of the quests should be doable.
I just have to program some stuff to read and alter the quest.bin... Its format is different from the other bin files :'( I hope to have this done by next week sometime but we will see.
