It looks like the objectives are contained in the quest.bin. I think I can translate the monster names and quest items required along with what NPCs you need to talk to. That in itself should be enoguh to complete half of the quests I guess.

The second thing that I would like to do to for the quests is to take note of what quest items drop from what monsters and place them in the quest descriptions. That way all of the quests should be doable.

I just have to program some stuff to read and alter the quest.bin... Its format is different from the other bin files :'( I hope to have this done by next week sometime but we will see.
No,in the quest.bin are the quest titles, those that we need to click when we take the quests and the ID's of the corresponding NPC. This is easy to be done, but useless,no objectives are there. To find what quests are available for you, what NPC gives them,on what level are available and what items reward and exp you will get is easy,it is enough to translate the NPC's,I have them,I can send the file to you if you wish.I'm almost sure the quest texts are not in the client. In itemquest.bin are only the names of the items, and you have to get one first to see its name. This is also useless,if you get one is easy to get the remaining ones. They don't appear in quest texts or in the counter(that one with "bat crap" obtained 2/100).On many quests we have to kill mobs right? Well,we have the mobs translated(you have...I don't use that file). And mob names are still in Japanese.Quest texts and counter are predefined, you can't change them because you don't have them. You can try,but you waste your time.Better grind some,on every maintenance they modify the files from "data" anyway.Last time "quests" was one of them.Trust me,I am doing this for a very long time, every Tuesday is "rebuild file" day for me.Sometimes I am lucky, they add the stuff at the beggining or at the end of the files(or both). But sometimes they modify inside the file and there's no other option but to rebuild it from ground zero.
But...Good Luck,Captain!
